A significant event is taking place in the history of our basketball club today. For many years, our men's team has maintained the status of a leader in basketball competitions at the national level, as evidenced by 14 championship titles and 13 Cups won by Belarus. The club's teams participate in international competitions, and the players play as part of the national teams of the Republic of Belarus.
Serious tasks and ambitious goals pushed us to increase the club's awareness and create an up-to-date and presentable brand. The updated name, logo and the chosen visual style will allow you to develop sports activities with renewed vigor, attract a new audience. For the club's partners, this is an opportunity to implement new marketing strategies. At the same time, our mission remains unchanged – to develop and popularize basketball.
Entering a new stage of development and renewal, we present the new name of the club – “MINSK".
Writing in two languages – “МИНСК” (Russian), and “MINSK" (English).
The update will involve all the structures of the club: the men's team “MINSK”, “MINSK”-reserve, and the women's team “MINSK". The same name was given to our specialized children's and youth school of the Olympic reserve in basketball.
Visualization
Along with the name, the visual style has also been updated. Following modern trends and trends, we tried to simplify the identity, created a minimalistic, but at the same time concise, presentable and lively logo design.
The individuality of our brand is manifested in the use of the Belarusian letter “i” in the naming visual, which in general reading also symbolizes the name of the team's hometown – Minsk.
The updated logo is a style-forming factor and will play an important role in the recognition of the club both nationally and internationally.
Color scheme
The main color scheme is represented by deep blue and menthol. The chosen colors are a bold and memorable contrasting combination. We have preserved a deep dark blue color that is close and familiar to our audience, which harmoniously reflects the strength of spirit, character and calmness. Menthol color gives the overall perception dynamism and freshness.
A nice bonus for our fans – the mascot beloved by many will remain with the club and will delight and charge with positive energy in the upcoming game season.
